I can see the half way point, it is so close. This Wednesday will be the half way celebration and then it is all downhill from there.
Last week was a little rough. Kind of homesick, but this weekend feeling a little better even though we were kept up til the morning hours almost ever night of week 4. It is crazy to do the 2 classes a day and dialogue clinic and then studying postures on your own and cannot forget the anatomy that we are being tested on this coming Monday.
I here it is only going to get faster pace if that is even possible. I did speak with Jenny today, which w as nice, maybe miss the studio at home even more though. It is interesting to be able to take a class with almost 350 people, but I really miss the 5:30 classes at home and everyone there!
The staff here has been very helpful and pretty good with feedback. My own practice sucks, but was not expecting it to get better, just too bad, I could really use a great class with the balance I get back home.
Well, I must get back to my dialogue, takes me longer to get it in my head than I would like. I am working on Standing Bow Pulling, then moving to the next and the next. Lots to do this weekend.
Hope everyone is doing good back home and will see everyone very soon!!!!!

Week 2
Hi everyone!
Week 2 is over!.....yeah! We had to do a mandatory CPR class today after the last yoga class of the week, so our week was a little longer than expected, but now I can safe a life, just not sure how well I might do that.....lol
It has been an emotional week. I have had ups and downs most of the week. The actual yoga class, so far everyone was right about your actual practice just sucking. Mine has really went downhill, but I just keep thinking about my foundation and making sure even if it sucks, my form might still survive.
I really miss Erik and my puppy dog, but he has been so great, we actual probable talk more during the week than when I was home. I have such a great roommate and a small group of friends to hang out with. I think the hardest part is just staying awake during lecture when the room is hot because the doors are open leaving the a/c out and then the night before we were all up til 3:30am. Trust the process and keep a journal, which this seems easier. I cannot wait to take a Jenny class though. I have been so bad with drinking during class, I think I do it just because I can, but miss sweating like I did with Jenny.
I was also able to do my Half Moon part in front of Bikram and I just got a "NEXT" when I was finished, so I will take that as a good sign. This week we are broken down into the groups for posture clinic, which I am happy about and also anatomy starts...YEAH
Well....need to get some studying in and sleep. will write some more next week. Not very exciting stuff, but saving the goods stuff for when I return.

week one
Well I have finally gotten internet in my room and had a free moment, well not really free, getting ready to crash after having very little sleep the last 2 nights.
For the most part I am still smiling that I am still here and even though it is a challenge doing the training it is also so interesting meeting all the new people from all over the world, not too mention have different instructors teaching the class.
The yoga room is really nice and the resort is also very nice. Some moments too nice to be inside all day, but we are all here for a reason and must suck it up!
I do have to Thank Jenny, which taking class with her really prepared me for training. There are so many amazing people with amazing postures...the energy is really good during class and even though the clapping is kind of annoying after the 9th class of the week it is still nice to see how everyone is so supportive.
I also got really lucky with my roommate...who is really nice and we seem to fit well together and balance each other out.
Well, I so need to get some sleep tonight. It will be fun to see how week 2 goes. I will hopefully write more tomorrow after morning class, but since we are told to keep a journey instead of doing a blog like this, my blog will be tamed compared to Meah's blog, but will be sure to keep tons of stories for when I return.
Until next time take care!
